The All Progressives Congress has on Monday, told a federal high court sitting in Abuja that former Speaker of the House of Representatives,
Yakubu Dogara is not its member.
The APC’s position is contained in a counter-affidavit filed in response to a suit by the Peoples Democratic Party seeking that Dogara’s seat in the National Assembly is declared vacant for defecting to another party.
